- Gently use the treated muscles (frown, raise brows) if advised

What to avoid
- Strenuous exercise, saunas and hot yoga for 24 hours
- Facials, face massages or tight headwear the same day
- Lying face-down for a few hours
Contact the clinic promptly if you notice
- Drooping eyelid or brow
- Difficulty swallowing or breathing (very rare — seek urgent care)
- Signs of infection at injection points
