- First 24–48 hours
- Stay upright for four hours
- Don't rub or massage treated areas
- Gently use the treated muscles (frown, raise brows) if advised

- Results appear over 3–14 days
- Make-up can be applied gently after a few hours
- Attend your two-week review if booked
What to avoid
- Strenuous exercise, saunas and hot yoga for 24 hours
- Facials, face massages or tight headwear the same day
- Lying face-down for a few hours
Contact the clinic promptly if you notice
- Drooping eyelid or brow
- Difficulty swallowing or breathing (very rare — seek urgent care)
- Signs of infection at injection points

Like many people, I don't enjoy the dentist. For many years I avoided visits out of fear. I found Manhal 15 years ago, and he is a wonderful dentist. Calming presence. Excellent implantology as well as other dental work. I have recommended him personally to many friends, and will continue to do so. I just hope he doesn't ever retire. When I have been overseas with dental problems, I have flown back to Dubai specifically to see him. Could not imagine ever going to another dentist.Google
