Yes. Clear photos of the area in daylight, with the date of injection and the product name if you know it, help the team decide how quickly you need to be seen. Photos do not replace an examination, and any sign of a vascular problem means coming in the same day.

It helps, but it is not essential. Messages from the original clinic, a product sticker or a receipt are useful. If you have nothing, Dr. Abdullah Anis uses examination and, where needed, imaging to judge whether the filler is likely to be dissolvable.

It depends on the type of filler, how many areas are involved, whether imaging or tests are needed and how many follow-up visits are required. After the examination you receive a written, itemised plan, so you know the cost before any treatment begins.

Possible vascular occlusion is triaged the same day during opening hours, daily 11:00–20:00 and from 10:00 on Saturdays. Lumps, swelling or an unhappy result are booked as soon as a suitable slot is available, usually within days.

Yes. Your history, photos and treatment notes stay in your medical file at Manhal Medical Center. We do not contact the clinic that injected you unless you ask us to, for example to obtain product details.
