What to avoid
- Alcohol, heavy exercise and heat for 24–48 hours
- Dental treatment for two weeks where possible
- Massage unless instructed
Contact the clinic promptly if you notice
- URGENT: severe pain, pale, mottled or dusky skin, or any change in vision
- Increasing redness, warmth or lumps days later
- Fever
