Full face Botox in Dubai — forehead, frown, crow's feet, jaw and neck

Many people searching for full face Botox want a refreshed look rather than treating one line at a time. The challenge is balance: treating one area changes how neighbouring muscles behave, so a full-face plan needs careful assessment rather than a fixed package.

Full face Botox in Dubai — Manhal Medical Center, Dubai
Quick answer

Full face Botox means treating several expression areas in one session, commonly the forehead, frown lines and crow's feet, and sometimes the jaw, chin, nose or neck, with doses balanced so the face still moves naturally. At Manhal Medical Center in Dubai, a Specialist Dermatologist designs the plan around your anatomy, expressions and goals.

Key facts

  • Treats several expression areas in one session
  • Doses balanced to keep natural movement
  • May include jaw, chin and neck where suitable
  • Effects usually last about three to four months
  • Review at around two weeks

What full face Botox usually includes

The core upper-face areas are the forehead lines, the frown lines between the brows (the glabella) and crow's feet around the eyes. Depending on your concerns, a full-face plan may also include bunny lines on the nose, a gummy smile, dimpling of the chin, downturned mouth corners, the masseter muscles along the jaw and the platysmal bands of the neck. Not every area suits every person. Dr. Abdullah Anis watches how your face moves at rest and with expression, then explains which areas are likely to give a natural improvement and which are best left alone.

Balancing the face and natural dosing

Botox relaxes the specific muscles it is injected into, so the art lies in dose and placement. Treating the forehead without the frown area, for example, can make the brows feel heavy, while overtreating crow's feet can alter your smile. A natural approach uses enough product to soften lines while preserving expression, and accounts for differences between men and women, muscle strength and facial asymmetry. Many people prefer to start conservatively and add a small amount at review, rather than risk a frozen look. The dose for each area is recorded so future sessions can be refined.

Lower face, jaw and neck

Lower-face treatments are more technical because the muscles control speech, eating and smiling. Masseter Botox can slim a square jaw and help with clenching or grinding, while small doses can soften chin dimpling or lift the corners of the mouth. Neck Botox targets visible platysmal bands and can give a subtle lift to the jawline, sometimes called a Nefertiti lift. Results are more modest when skin laxity is significant, which may need other treatments. Dr. Abdullah Anis explains realistic expectations for each area before including it in a full-face plan.

Results, duration and aftercare

Botox begins to work within a few days, with the full effect at around two weeks, which is when a review is often booked. Results commonly last about three to four months, varying with dose, area and metabolism; jaw treatment may last longer. After injection, avoid rubbing the treated areas, lying flat for a few hours, strenuous exercise, saunas and facials for the rest of the day. Small bumps and pinpoint bruises usually settle quickly. Temporary headache can occur. With repeat treatments spaced appropriately, many people find they maintain results comfortably.

Safety and who should not have it

Botox should be given by a licensed doctor who understands facial anatomy and can manage side effects. Possible effects include bruising, headache, temporary eyelid or brow heaviness and asymmetry, which usually improve as the product wears off. Botox is avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in some neuromuscular conditions, and certain medicines must be disclosed. Seek urgent help for difficulty swallowing, speaking or breathing, which is rare. At Manhal Medical Center in Dubai, Dr. Abdullah Anis, Specialist Dermatologist with more than 25 years of experience, performs full-face assessments and treatments personally.

Botulinum toxin relaxes the muscles that create expression lines. When dosed carefully it softens lines while keeping natural movement.

Like many people, I don't enjoy the dentist. For many years I avoided visits out of fear. I found Manhal 15 years ago, and he is a wonderful dentist. Calming presence. Excellent implantology as well as other dental work. I have recommended him personally to many friends, and will continue to do so. I just hope he doesn't ever retire. When I have been overseas with dental problems, I have flown back to Dubai specifically to see him. Could not imagine ever going to another dentist.
